Corporate Team Leader Middle East


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Middle East Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of 3 to 6 individuals from Turkey, Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Your primary focus will be on developing and expanding our market presence among corporate customers in the region while also overseeing the performance of the existing partners.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Middle East team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
  2. Hiring and Team Building: Take an active role in hiring and building a strong, skilled team. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and contribute to the onboarding process to ensure the team is well-equipped for success.
  3. Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence in the Middle East. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to drive growth. You have to know how to develop the market, where your team will find the target audience, how it will achieve the results
  4. Partner Accounting: Oversee and control the results of existing partnerships in the region. Work closely with with account manager from your team to maintain and develop financial results with our existing partners,  and implement strategies to enhance their performance.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and across the organization. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless integration of activities and strategies.
  6. Fluency in English, Arabic, and/or Turkish: As a key player in the Middle East region, proficiency in English, Arabic, and/or Turkish is essential for effective communication with team members, partners, and business associations.
  7. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the team’s performance ( soft and hard KPIs), market trends, and partnership outcomes. Use analytic data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a multinational setting ( more than 1 year).
  • Strong track record of successful market development and partnership management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and/or Turkish.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive chasing of debt, bad debt provisions, overdue reporting
  • Experience in working with the cold lead generation process, its tools ( LinkedIn, professional databases, Apollo, etc) knowledge about the sales funnel, and all stages of achieving the team target
  • Experience in working with the B2B partners
  • Experience working in the corporate travel business will be an advantage
