We are looking for a Recruiter to join our business hiring team with a minimum of 2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Success in this role requires proactivity, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented approach. This position involves working with vacancies in marketing, finance, BizDev, and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • full cycle of recruiting (defining strategy and sourcing channels, job posting, handling applications and resume databases, conducting interviews);
  • active candidate sourcing;
  • interaction with hiring managers, aligning on candidate profiles, and advising on recruitment processes;
  • maintaining a candidate database, reporting on recruitment activities;
  • participation in other HR projects.

Key Qualifications

  • English language proficiency at the upper-intermediate level or higher, allowing for conducting interviews in English;
  • experience in targeted personnel recruitment of at least 1.5 years;
  • experience in filling middle and senior-level positions;
  • experience in assessing candidates' soft skills and conducting competency-based interviews;
  • ability to work with large volumes of information in a multitasking environment;
  • result-oriented, love for people, and a desire to grow in the recruitment field.
