We are seeking an IOS Team Lead to expand our applications for B2C, B2B, and corporate clients for the international market.

The mobile development team writes in Swift and uses VIPER for the presentation layer architecture. You will enjoy working with us because in our team, the voice of each developer is heard and taken into account when making technological decisions.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • leadership: responsible for strategic management of the ios department, including technologies and practices;
  • team management: lead the ios development team, plan, coordinate, control, mentor, maintain motivation, foster growth and skill development of team members;
  • development: play a key role in designing, developing, maintaining stability and quality of ios applications;
  • project management: manage projects related to ios applications, ensure timely completion, manage risks;
  • ci/cd: responsible for maintaining and developing ci/cd, automated testing process, application build and release cycle;
  • collaboration with related teams: cooperate with department heads, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve company goals;
  • recruiting: responsible for the hiring and onboarding process of new ios developers.

Key Qualifications

  • more than five years in ios development and two years as an ios department lead;
  • skills in planning, task assignment, performance monitoring, and mentoring;
  • ability to work effectively both as a team member and as a leader;
  • deep knowledge of the ios platform and swift;
  • proficiency in working with both uikit and swiftui;
  • knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns;
  • ability to profile applications and improve their performance;
  • experience in multithreaded programming using gcd and async/await;
  • experience with multi-module applications;
  • competence with Core Data;
  • skill with reactive frameworks, preferably Combine;
  • proficiency in english at b2 level.
