We are looking for a B2B Pricing Specialist with excellent analytical skills to join the pricing team, who is willing to dive into the sales structure and understand the pricing systems for the markets in which we operate. This is a responsible role for an individual who is willing to propose initiatives and make decisions that will directly impact the financial performance of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • monitor daily sales dynamics across various segments: brand, country, supplier, priority partners, and directions;
  • analyze multiple basic metrics collectively. Ability to work with large data sets. Identify events behind the numbers and charts;
  • deeply engage with processes to find the causes of metric changes. Develop solutions that lead to positive trend changes;
  • communicate with other teams to jointly implement decisions. Provide well-founded arguments for the necessary measures. Develop action plans and monitor results;
  • present results through charts and numbers;
  • confidently decline requests and defend the company's interests under pressure;
  • daily communication with the commercial team, understanding the specifics of each market, collecting feedback, systematizing the information, and presenting it in an aggregated form;
  • ensure the quality of collected data and verify suspicious information with related teams;
  • process requests from employees about price discrepancies with competitors. Verify the accuracy of the provided data. Make financial decisions on price reductions and issue discounts. Respond to requests within 15 minutes of receipt.

Key Qualifications

  • experience in a similar position or related analytics fields for at least two years, required experience working with sales data;

  • discussion of results during weekly meetings with the supervisor. preparation of the task plan for the next week;

  • ability to work autonomously;

  • ability to identify and highlight process features, pay attention to details, keep multiple metrics in mind, and use several analysis tools simultaneously;

  • advanced knowledge of excel (using cubes, pivot tables, charts) and experience with tableau;

  • basic knowledge of SQL: reading existing queries and making condition-level changes. ability to write simple queries to multiple tables independently to extract data for further analysis;

  • ability and willingness to delve into many technical details;

  • english proficiency at b2 level or higher.
