Senior Systems Analyst (Technical Discovery - Mobile Team)

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst for our mobile team.

Systems Analyst in a mobile team is a specialist who plays a key role in the development and support of mobile applications. The main tasks of a systems analyst include collecting, analyzing and documenting system requirements, interacting with business customers and technical specialists to ensure that the requirements are consistent and correctly understood by the development team.

Job Responsibilities

collecting and developing business requirements, compiling project documentation, technical documentation, setting tasks for your development team;
writing technical documentation for mobile developers;
supporting the launch of new functionality.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in systems analysis with a focus on requirements analysis and project planning;
experience in creating product systems;
experience with project management and development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban;
excellent understanding of mobile application architecture and development features for iOS and Android;
understanding of the software development life cycle: collecting and analyzing requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance;
knowledge of basic HTTP methods and status codes;
an ability to understand APIs with missing/poor technical documentation using developer console and Charles Proxy;
experience working with a mobile development team and understanding the features of the release cycle of mobile applications;
understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with mobile interfaces;
experience with Amplitude/Mixpanel/Posthog analytics systems / experience with API testing tools such as Postman / knowledge of the C4 model for visualizing software architecture / practical experience in process modeling and system design using UML or BPMN (in particular, experience with Diagram as Code tools such as MermadJS or PlantUML) will be an advantage.
