We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst for our B2C team who will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic decisions of our product team.

Job Responsibilities

Projects you will work on:

Conducting and analyzing A/B experiments:

  • Design and analyze A/B tests on the product.
  • Propose solutions to optimize the launch pipeline and develop our experimental platform.

Example tasks and key metrics:

  • Design experiments to increase the share of mobile users in collaboration with the product manager, where the key metric will be funnel conversion across devices, changes in device mix, and overall economics.
  • Launch and test hypotheses on user segmentation to develop a personalized approach within the product, with key metrics including NPS/CSI and funnel metrics.

Working with product data and building a hypothesis map with product managers:

  • Together, we will explore the workings of a large product, identify what most impacts our users' experience, their retention, and the company’s economics, and visualize and present recommendations in a business-applicable format.

Key Qualifications

  • аt least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • strong proficiency in SQL;
  • solid experience in data analysis using Python and knowledge of key machine learning algorithms;
  • sbility to conduct A/B tests from design to result analysis;
  • proficiency in BI systems;
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
  • critical thinking and the ability to analyze data;
  • knowledge of the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
  • ability to communicate effectively with other teams.
