This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Europe.


 

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the competitiveness of suppliers of the hotel inventory;
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with our current suppliers;
  • Holding regular meetings and calls with suppliers;
  • Improving commercial and payment conditions with suppliers;
  • Supporting the Customer Support team and suppliers in organization of the internal processes by incidents resolution (overbookings/kick-outs);
  • Interaction with the technical department to improve the vendor integration API in order to increase supplier’ sales;
  • Business trips 1–2 times per year.

Key Qualifications

  • ​​​​​​Relevant experience. Ideally, 1-5 years in account management working with B2B travel/hospitality companies, bedbanks and/or OTA's;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word);
  • Competence in API technology deals;
  • Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, teamplayer, used to data-driven decision-making;
  • Analytical skills – used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence. Comfortably interact with foreign partners, read legal contracts, and write emails, notes, and formal business presentations;
  • Be your own CEO. Autonomy and ability to self-manage the responsibilities;
  • Native Spanish and Advanced English, other languages is a plus.
