We are looking for a manager who will help to organize the work of several Business Analytics teams:
- Establish effective collaboration with business stakeholders
- Manage projects at the intersection of Analytics and Product development
- Ensure transparency of results and achievement of medium-term goals (quarter, half-year)

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation of projects by Business Analytics teams 
  • Goal-setting processes and achieving objectives, including stakeholder expectation management and relationship building 
  • Improving processes at the individual team level and introducing global processes shared across several teams 
  • Team efficiency metrics, including designing and implementing metrics, as well as managing the quality of multiple project task streams 
  • Introducing data-driven approaches and culture, in partnership with Leads of Analytics, and enhancing stakeholders' maturity in working with data

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in managing projects and processes in product development or analytics teams 
  • Experience in managing a portfolio or program of projects, including implementing various Agile management frameworks 
  • Experience using Tableau and other BI systems as a user 
  • Experience drafting technical specifications for projects 
  • English proficiency level of B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Participation in alteration-projects ranging from the team level to the department level
  • Preferably knowledge of SQL, ability to read and write queries
