Job Responsibilities

  •  
  • Implementing HR processes in international teams: structural changes, recruitment and onboarding, internal transfers, coordination of training and development, exit management, etc.;
  • Planning hiring needs in alignment with team objectives and business expansion, participating in the hiring process as needed;
  • Supporting and developing leaders on team management issues;
  • Participating in budgeting processes and controlling budget implementation;
  • Regular analysis of HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Systematically assessing and addressing factors affecting employee retention, developing and managing retention and development programs;
  • Initiating and implementing HR projects independently or in collaboration with the HRBP team or centers of expertise;
  • Participating in the development, implementation, and management of the compensation system.

Key Qualifications

  •  
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR BP/People Partner;
  • Work with global teams;
  • Proficiency in English at least at C1 level;
  • Experience in budgeting, financial control, and HR analytics;
  • Strong project management and change management skills;
  • Understanding of best practices for working with IT teams and their application in the company;
  • Strong communication skills and empathy;
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate, and resolve issues with employees and business stakeholders.
