Job Responsibilities
Implementing HR processes in international teams: structural changes, recruitment and onboarding, internal transfers, coordination of training and development, exit management, etc.;
Planning hiring needs in alignment with team objectives and business expansion, participating in the hiring process as needed;
Supporting and developing leaders on team management issues;
Participating in budgeting processes and controlling budget implementation;
Regular analysis of HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
Systematically assessing and addressing factors affecting employee retention, developing and managing retention and development programs;
Initiating and implementing HR projects independently or in collaboration with the HRBP team or centers of expertise;
Participating in the development, implementation, and management of the compensation system.
Key Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as an HR BP/People Partner;
Work with global teams;
Proficiency in English at least at C1 level;
Experience in budgeting, financial control, and HR analytics;
Strong project management and change management skills;
Understanding of best practices for working with IT teams and their application in the company;
Strong communication skills and empathy;
Ability to prioritize, negotiate, and resolve issues with employees and business stakeholders.
