Middle Product Manager for Property Card

Job Responsibilities

  • Development and optimization of the property card in the hotel funnel: collecting, validating and improving data from multiple sources, improving the quality and relevance of information;
  • Working closely with backend and analytics teams on ranking algorithms (including ML), UGC processing (reviews, photos, questions), content optimization and display;
  • Run and analyze A/B tests on key technology hypotheses, implementing improvements impacting key product and business metrics;
  • Multi-level product analytics - ability to personally influence significant technology changes, not just interface;
  • Formation and maintenance of a roadmap for card development within the framework of the overall product strategy.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a product manager in technology teams with a focus on data and algorithms. Experience in developing platform solutions;
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of the product: application architecture, API integrations. Decomposition of technically complex problems;
  • Strong analytical skils, experience in creating metrics tree for content-oriented products. Ability to write SQL buzet plus;
  • Desirable experience in projects using machine learning, understanding of metrics such as f1, precision/recall, accuracy, ctr;
  • Understanding of the specifics of the travel industry will be an advantage;
  • English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2+) level.
