Job Responsibilities
Review, draft, and amend a wide range of operational contracts in cooperation with various teams.
Participate in debt recovery procedures for international debtors; assess and analyse claims with current partners.
Provide ongoing legal support and ensure compliance for our international legal entities.
Assist in the execution of internal projects, offering legal insight and ensuring adherence to international law practices.
Conduct ad-hoc legal research related to travel legislation, e-commerce, regulatory issues, and other matters affecting the company's international operations.
Key Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school.
Experience in corporate and regulatory matters across different jurisdictions, either as an in-house lawyer within an international company or in a consulting capacity.
Understanding of international law principles, especially those related to the legal system of the EU. Experience with EU legislation, including e-commerce, travel, and personal data is highly desirable.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to grasp complex legal and business concepts and communicate them in understandable terms to non-legal colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to effectively collaborate with external legal advisors.
