FP&A Lead

Our Finance & Legal Department grows, and we are looking for a FP&A Lead

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes;
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to drive business strategy and decision-making;
Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management;
Design, implement, and enhance FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and integrate financial insights into business planning;
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment;
Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategy development;
Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth;
Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.

Key Qualifications

Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools;
Strong command of accounting principles and financial metrics;
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment;
Creative and proactive in developing and implementing financial processes and solutions;
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to work effectively across various departments.
