• Search for candidates through various channels: internal and external databases, networking, social networks, recommendations, Boolean search, job sites and other search methods;
• Keep records of candidate data in our ATS;
• Assist the recruitment team by making initial contact with candidates to assess qualifications and level of interest.

• Bachelor or master's degree / university student ready to work full-time;
• Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• English proficiency at least Upper Intermediate level (B2);
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making;
• Committed to self-improvement and prefer a proactive approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• People-oriented and energetic.

It would be a plus if you:

- have relevant work experience or internships;

- see your future career path in HR.

• Fixed-term employment contract for the duration of the internship - 3 months, the possibility of switching to an indefinite employment contract after the internship;
• Internal adaptation and training programs, development of soft skills and leadership skills, selected individually for each employee;
