Job Responsibilities
Development and implementation of an effective CVM strategy for B2C brand;
Creation and execution of a communication plan through key CRM channels (Email, Push notifications, WhatsApp and etc);
Task assignment for analysts. Formulation of data-based hypotheses and optimization of the CVM strategy and promotional budget;
Planning and launching personalized campaigns, including trigger chains, and conducting A/B tests across all CRM channels;
Preparation of marketing materials, including creative concepts and writing copy for Emails, Push, and other messages;
Management of the cross-team process for preparing marketing materials for email/push/message (creative content, copywriting) with the involvement of agencies.
Key Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in CVM marketing;
Deep understanding of audience segmentation principles and conducting A/B testing for campaign optimization;
Knowledge and experience with Exponea, Bloomreach, or Dengage for campaign management and effectiveness analysis;
Proficient in Excel, with basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to learn;
English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level;
Experience in setting tasks for marketing agencies, analysts, designers, copywriters, and the development team.
