• Measuring what really matters: Assess how payment changes (for example, launching Alipay) impact the business in different regions, and connect these effects to expectations.
• Financial analytics in the product: Take part in cost calculations, ROI, and the optimization of tools like Riskified. Build a bridge between accounting and product metrics.
• Understanding risks: Analyze attacks, help build internal classifiers, and improve antifraud logic. Refine rules, check their completeness, and do all this together with the product team.
• Dashboards and data marts: Help make reporting visual, clear, and genuinely useful. Here, we need more than just charts — we need real product insight.
• Product support: Participate in planning, testing hypotheses, and retrospectives, working alongside the team as a full partner.

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics.
• Experience in payments, antifraud, or related fields (financial analytics, risk models).
• SQL and Python are your go-to work tools.
• You’re familiar (and comfortable) with BI platforms (such as Tableau, Metabase).
• You understand how A/B-tests work (or, if not, are willing to learn quickly — we’ll help).
• Your English is at least B1 level, and you’re comfortable reading and writing in English at work

A plus would be:

• Experience with budgeting models, unit economics, or calculating effects.
• Understanding how finance meets product — and a desire to dive deeper.
