Our solutions empower hoteliers to effortlessly showcase their accommodations, boosting visibility and attracting a broader audience.

Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products. We constantly innovate and break the rules of the highly complex travel industry to make travel more widely available for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone.

We are looking for an experienced Middle+/Senior Product Analyst for CTM team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to commercial and product leaders within the CTM business unit (corporate travel management), supporting product leads in improving financial performance and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Document current commercial processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.

  • Establish processes to ensure effective collaboration between the CTM unit and other analytics teams.

  • Build an analytics team for the CTM business unit, focusing on hiring and developing talent (2+ team members within the next year).

  • Support business unit leads and managers in preparing data and visualizations for decision-making (SQL queries, Excel, Tableau).

  • Develop, refactor, and enhance interactive tools in Tableau.

  • Conduct deep analysis of partner and user behavior patterns, design and evaluate various experimental tests.

  • Manage analytics projects: assign tasks to external teams to modify or create data tools (analytics development, CRM, partnerships). Write documentation for these projects.

Example projects you will work on:

  • Segment the existing partner database by analyzing their booking behavior patterns.

  • Build a financial model with a long-term ROI estimate for the launch of an experimental feature and provide deployment recommendations to the business team.

  • Evaluate the coverage of financial and partner metrics for CTM in reporting tools: review the current dashboard structure in Tableau within the CTM unit, optimize it, remove outdated tools, consolidate dashboards by topic, and create a roadmap for their improvement.
