Technical Support Specialist for Bug Report

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolving technical issues;
  • Analyzing data through examination of logs, dumps, SQL queries;
  • Writing documentation;
  • Communicating with related teams on incidents, process improvement, etc.

Key Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in the role of technical/customer agent;
  • Knowledge of English at B1 level and above;
  • Ability to work with logs, SQL queries, Postman as a plus.
