Business Operations Manager Direct Supply Caucasus

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing new and existing priority hotel partners in their assigned territory by maintaining long term relationships;

  • One of the main goals will be to increase revenue and retention of assigned region hotel portfolio by raising extranet share (direct sales share), seeking for best rates and availability, setting great content and assisting in resolving payment and some complex hotel support issues;

  • Secure additional inventory over high demand periods as well as helping to sign and onboard new priority properties;

  • BOM will work in strong cooperation with the Business Development Manager/Team Lead in the assigned territory assisting him/her in executing commercial operational cases.

  • This person will manage Business Development Manager/Team and Priority Hotel Partners requests related to their successful business/production/sales within ETG (Extranet, reservations, payments, overall production) and will be finding solutions in related ETG departments returning the result to our hotel partner.

  • Identify or to take an opportunity / commercial related requests from our priority hotel partner and come back with a solution in a timely manner.

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant experience. Ideally, 2-3 years experience in hospitality / travel commercial the industry and excellent knowledge of the country’s travel market (hotel partners specific); specialized in account management or business development of hotels or hotel chains;
  • Personal skills. Proactive, commercial-driven, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, teamplayer, used to data-driven decision-making;
  • Location. It’s an advantage if your location is Azerbaijan, Armenia or Georgia;
  • Language knowledge. Fluent in local language, Russian and English, other languages as a plus;
  • Readiness for business trips. 10 – 20% of working time might be required for market visits.
