B2C CVM Marketing Lead

We are looking for a B2C CVM Marketing Lead with a strong focus on personalized customer communication, deep understanding of CRM channels, experience in hypothesis testing, and campaign optimization. The role includes launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and contributing to the development of the overall CVM strategy in collaboration with the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development of a Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy;z
  • Creation and execution of a communication plan through CRM channels: email, push notifications, WhatsApp;
  • Assigning tasks to analysts; generating hypotheses based on communication analysis; optimizing the CVM strategy and promotional budget;
  • Planning and launching personalized mailings and trigger campaigns; conducting A/B tests across all CRM channels;
  • Preparing marketing materials for campaigns: creatives, copy, layouts;
  • Managing a team of 2 people.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in CVM marketing;
  • Proven successful cases of revenue growth from CVM campaigns and ARPU increase;
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and hypothesis generation;
  • Understanding of customer base segmentation principles and A/B testing;
  • Experience in team management (1–2 people);
  • Experience working with development teams: task setting and support within CRM initiatives;
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
