Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our B2A team — the team that works with travel agencies and helps them sell hotels, flights, and other travel products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring business health: tracking key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and conducting deep-dive analyses.

You’ll work closely with managers to uncover bottlenecks in the sales funnel, build partner cohorts, investigate revenue fluctuations, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll also collaborate with other analytics teams (product, pricing, marketing) and own some projects independently.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving complex problems, and being close to both product and business. You’ll have the chance to influence key business decisions and work across multiple domains.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales and performance in the B2B segment, track key metrics, identify anomalies and growth opportunities;

  • Conduct research based on business requests, support data-driven business and commercial decisions. Identify bottlenecks in business processes, propose and test hypotheses for improvement;

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the business team;

  • Collaborate closely with other analytics teams (product, pricing, marketing) to ensure end-to-end analytics and joint project work;

  • Independently lead and develop analytical projects.

Examples of projects you’ll work on:

  • Booking and revenue analysis: spotting trends and anomalies across partner segments, sales channels, and brands;

  • Investigating drops in key metrics: analyzing deviations from forecasts/plans, formulating insights and hypotheses for further testing;

  • Cohort analysis of partners: building cohorts based on various event dates, analyzing retention and cohort changes (e.g., how long and consistently partners use the service, what behavioral patterns new partners show), identifying drivers of churn and growth;

  • Supporting the business team with hypothesis building and presentations: helping the business and commercial teams formulate and validate hypotheses, and preparing data for stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics;

  • Strong command of SQL: writing complex queries, working with nested subqueries, window functions, and CTEs;

  • Experience with BI tools (we use Tableau): ability to create and maintain dashboards and visualize data clearly;

  • Basic Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) for data processing and visualization;

  • Solid understanding of statistics and experience with hypothesis testing: from experiment design to results interpretation;

  • English at B2 level or higher (confident spoken English for communication with colleagues and partners).

We Offer You

  • We offer a fully flexible work schedule — there’s no pressure to start work at exactly 9:00 AM; what matters is achieving results and moving forward;
  • Each person in our team is encouraged to choose their preferred work format. You can work fully remotely, come to the office, or choose a hybrid work model;
  • We are an ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
  • The growth and development of each employee is our priority, so we have internal programs available for adaptation and training, development of soft skills and leadership abilities that are tailored individually to each employee;
  • We also provide partial compensation for employees participating in external training and conferences;
  • In tourism, it's difficult to grow without an excellent knowledge of English, and we support our employees' language learning goals — we organize group and individual lessons, plus speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
  • And, of course, to encourage you to travel more, we offer corporate prices on hotels and other travel services;
  • We prioritize well-being and are committed to supporting the overall health and work-life balance at ETG. As part of this commitment, we provide MyTime Day Off — an extra day off that is designed to give our employees the flexibility to focus on important matters, whether it’s taking care of their health, mental recharge, addressing personal issues, or any other important activities.
