Junior+ Product manager (HR Tech)

For 13 years, we have been creating a unique service and doing everything to make travel planning easy and trips comfortable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage HR products for employees;
  • Shape and develop the product vision, participate in the creation of - a merch store to motivate and reward the team / an employee evaluation system for transparent and honest feedback / a career portal to attract and retain talent and other useful HR solutions;
  • Gather and articulate product requirements and define criteria for successful implementation;
  • Identify and propose state-of-the-art technology solutions to improve user experience within the company;
  • Develop concepts and prototypes for new features and tools;
  • Work closely with the support team: build effective processes for convenient and quick feedback to users and everyone involved;
  • Think through and describe key user scenarios.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in the role of Product Manager in a product company 1 year+;
  • English proficiency at least at Upper Intermediate (B2+) level.
  • Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, analysts, etc.);
  • Ability to quickly immerse in business context and take ownership of results;
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks (working with business cases, scoring), decomposing features;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, manage their expectations and negotiate in a changing environment;
  • Flexibility of thinking, independence and initiative in achieving results;
  • Experience in creating or developing internal HR products will be an advantage.
