Team Lead (Activation)

We are looking for a Team Lead (Activation) for the B2A stream, which focuses on developing a product that improves the experience of travel agents and their clients. This includes creating collections, supporting various payment methods, integrating with external systems, and enabling more complex features such as the sub-agent model and commission payouts to agents.

The Activation team is responsible for the service that provides the very first user experience for agents — playing a key role in shaping how they perceive our product.

Job Responsibilities

Leading the development team: from task estimation to team motivation
Conducting 1:1s and performance reviews
Mentoring and developing the team, onboarding new members, evaluating resources, and participating in interviews
Building transparent communication between the team and the business
Participating in architecture reviews and developing new functionality

Key Qualifications

3+ years of commercial experience in Python development
Experience in System Design: participation in designing and evolving distributed system architectures
Familiarity with Observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
Ability to work in an agile environment and motivation for long-term growth
Minimum English level B2, including spoken communication

Nice to have:

1.5+ years of experience as a Team Lead
Experience working with Go
