• Design and implement competency models for various job positions and roles, including integration of these models into the current performance review process.
• Regularly update competency models to ensure alignment with organizational changes and business needs • Build and manage a library of competencies to support our performance review process
• Identify competency needs and provide data-driven insights to the Training & Development (T&D) team

2. Career Development:

• Develop and implement career development tracks using competency models as foundational elements to guide employee growth.
• Develop and implement methodologies for Career development projects.

3. Implementation of Personal Development Plans:

• Assist in implementing Professional Development Plans (PDPs) based on the competency model and project results

• Relevant Experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in performance management. Experience in designing, implementing, and integrating competency models into assessment processes;
• Language knowledge. Fluent in English, Eussian as a plus;
• Personal Skills. Proactive, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused teamplayer with a good communication skills;
• Hard Skills. Advanced Experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
