Integration Manager for Transfers

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire vendor integration process - organizing and supporting API integrations;
  • Communication with suppliers at all stages of collaboration - building transparent and trusting relationships, ensuring understanding of technical requirements, support in resolving emerging issues;
  • Communication between internal teams and external partners - transfer of business and technical requirements from the company to vendors and back; close interaction with developers, QA, commercial and support teams to solve integration tasks promptly;
  • Support and development of current integrations - analyzing incidents, logs and API documentation, troubleshooting technical issues together with vendors, regular auditing of current integrations to improve their stability and efficiency;
  • Strategic partnership development - identification of growth points in cooperation, development of new interaction scenarios, proactive improvement of communication and data exchange processes with suppliers.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in integrations, technical account management, technical support or project management;
  • Understanding of REST API principles: structure of requests and responses, methods (GET, POST, etc.), status codes and typical errors.
  • Basic understanding of JSON and data structure;
  • Experience using Postman: sending requests, working with variables and collections, running autotests and interpreting results;
  • Experience with API documentation (Swagger): ability to read descriptions of endpoints, parameters, and models; ability to explain to a vendor how to correctly construct a request and interpret the response;
  • Skill in analyzing technical documentation and logs as part of reproducing and explaining problems to vendors;
  • Ability to formulate technical requirements and communicate them to suppliers, including in English;
  • Experience interacting with internal technical teams;
  • Experience of interacting with external suppliers and customers;
  • English at B2+ level.
