Technical Product Manager: Integration & API Experience

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the integration experience and API platform used by our B2B partners. This role is at the intersection of technology, data, and partner success — ensuring that integration with our platform is fast, reliable, and developer-friendly.

You’ll work not only with internal tech teams, but also closely with external product and engineering teams on the partner side, as well as with internal teams in Search, Content, and Commercial and Support to ensure high-quality, scalable integrations that drive measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner Integration Excellence: Ensure partners can successfully connect and go live with our APIs quickly and confidently. Reduce friction across all stages of the integration journey.
  • API Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of our public API — schema design, versioning, backwards compatibility, contract changes, and overall stability.
  • Product Metrics & Impact: Define key metrics to evaluate integration success (e.g. time-to-first-booking, error rate, adoption rate), and take full responsibility for the business impact of your initiatives
  • Developer Experience: Drive improvements in partner developer experience, including better error messages, logging, tooling, testing environments, and documentation.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Search, Content, and Data teams to ensure our APIs expose the right data in the right way. Align integration logic (e.g. room and hotel mapping) with internal domain expertise and partner needs.
  • Partner Communication: Act as the voice of the platform for external developer and product teams. Collect structured feedback, align expectations, and drive adoption.
  • Data & Mapping Logic: Own and evolve the logic around matching hotels, rooms, and rate plans between systems. Work with deduplication and enrichment pipelines to ensure data quality.
  • Public API Strategy: Lead or contribute to the development and launch of public APIs and partner-facing developer portals.
  • Process Improvement: Build scalable internal processes for partner onboarding, testing, rollout, and post-integration monitoring, including registration process, guides, sandbox, SDK, health alerts and partner insights portal.

Key Qualifications

  • Analytics & Metrics: Ability to define success metrics, analyze integration performance, and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience: 3+ years in product management with a strong track record in API or B2B platform roles.
  • API & Integration Knowledge: Strong experience with RESTful API design, JSON/XML formats, authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys), and partner onboarding.
  • B2B Focus: Proven success working with large partners and external tech teams on complex integrations.
  • Developer Empathy: A deep understanding of what makes a great developer experience and how to deliver it across tools, docs, and communication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with backend, content, search, and commercial teams to align on data contracts and system behavior.
  • Tools: Familiarity with API documentation tools (e.g. Swagger/OpenAPI), testing tools (Postman), and monitoring platforms (Grafana, Sentry, Kibana, etc.).
  • Language: Fluent English (B2+/C1 level) — you'll be working with international partners and teams.

We Offer You
