We're looking for a Product Designer who is going to work on the improvement of our B2B products.
Job Responsibilities
Improve the user experience for customers booking transportation services (flights, transfers, rail tickets, and car rentals) for our B2B products
Independently and/or in collaboration with product managers, generate hypotheses for the development of accommodation-related products
Prepare high-fidelity designs with detailed specifications for handoff to developers
Create prototypes for UX research conducted by the team’s UX analysts
Independently conduct small-scale UX tests, analyze the results, and present findings to the team
Suggest new ideas for product development
Work with the design system, coordinating the addition of new components with other designers
Key Qualifications
4+ years of experience working in a product team
2+ years of experience working on B2B products
Fluent Russian, English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher
Confident use of Figma: creating designs and interactive prototypes, working with UI libraries (components, variants, styles, etc.), reading documentation, and following design guidelines
Ability to ask clear and productive questions related to tasks
Skill in providing detailed annotations and descriptions for development teams
Ability to integrate new components into the existing design system when needed
Attention to cleanliness and structure of design files
Ability to present design solutions and clearly explain their effectiveness
Proactive approach and readiness to take responsibility for tasks; high level of independence
Strong communication skills: ability to listen, negotiate, and find common ground with stakeholders, team members, and subject matter experts
