Sales Training Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager to join our Commercial Team, who will create and deliver trainings for our commercial team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct and continuously enhance remote onboarding programs to ensure new hires are confident in our product offerings, internal tools and sales processes.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions, including sales techniques, product updates, and industry best practices.
  • Develop LMS eLearnings, and assessments tailored for a global remote audience.
  • Track training effectiveness through and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales training, preferably in SaaS or travel technology sectors, both online and offline.
  • Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating remote training programs for commercial teams.
  • Strong familiarity with modern e-learning platforms, virtual training tools, and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) 
  • Language knowledge: Fluent in English and Russian.
