🔎 We are looking for Corporate Business Development Manager for Roundtrip — our young brand for corporate clients — who will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Own the full outbound engine - execute high-volume cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and turn industry events into high-value discovery meetings.
- Deal Closing & Contracting: Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Own the commercial negotiation, contract reviews, and signing.
- Startup Problem Solving: Pivot quickly. Create custom solutions for clients when standard options don't exist, treating a lack of perfect structure as an opportunity.
- Account Farming & Retention: Manage, retain, and grow your signed portfolio. Turn initial closed deals into long-term accounts.
- Product Feedback Loop: Master our evolving product. Gather direct market feedback and client insights to help our product team iterate and improve.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain flawless, data-driven tracking of your pipeline and activities to ensure accurate forecasting.
Key qualifications
- Relevant Experience. Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in sales management or business development of B2B companies.
- Hands-on Sales Track Record: You’ve built pipelines from scratch using cold outreach and networking events, negotiated contracts, closed deals, and grown those accounts over time.
- True Ownership (Not an Executor): You don't need a pre-written playbook or perfect structure to get things done. You figure things out, take responsibility for your results, and actively find ways to bring in business.
- Data-Smart: You don't guess; you track your metrics. You use CRM data to understand your conversion rates and look at your pipeline analytically to fix what isn't working.
- Strong Communicator: You know how to pitch a moving target, simplify complex ideas, and hold your own in tough commercial conversations or client presentations.
- Rapid-Fire Learner: You enjoy learning new things quickly. You can wrap your head around an evolving product fast and talk about it like an expert.
- Highly Organized: You have a system for managing your day. You can handle heavy outreach, client calls, and paperwork without letting things slide.
- Startup Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and a product that is still developing. Where others see gaps, you see a chance to get creative and close deals anyway.
