Who we need
As Head of Pricing, you will lead the development, automation, and continuous optimization of a dynamic, data-driven pricing strategy to ensure RateHawk remains highly competitive, drives revenue growth, and scales partner loyalty. You will build the systems, teams, and processes needed to maximize revenue, GMV, and margin through ML-based pricing models, real-time competitor intelligence, and experimentation infrastructure.Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement an optimal pricing strategy to support revenue growth, price competitiveness, and market leadership;
- Design, implement, and continuously improve ML-powered dynamic pricing algorithms to optimize commission and markup levels per hotel, partner, and market conditions;
- Scale automation through integration with internal pricing engine and develop admin tools for streamlined execution;
- Build and maintain tools to provide real-time visibility into competitor pricing across key destinations and markets and integrate competitor data into pricing decisions and strategy;
- Design and run A/B pricing experiments to test hypotheses, optimize uplift/downlift strategies, and drive margin improvements;
- Continuously monitor performance of pricing initiatives and track impact on revenue, margin, partner retention, and market share.
Key qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in pricing, including experience in a management position;
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis;
- Experience with ML algorithms and understanding of their application in pricing tasks;
- A/B testing and hypothesis analysis skills;
- Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data;
- Strategic thinking, ability to build long-term plans taking into account current and future market conditions.
