We are looking for an analyst to join the B2A Growth team, which is focused on identifying growth opportunities for the B2B commercial team to help it continue developing actively.Job responsibilities
- Conduct ad-hoc research on changes in user behavior after product rollouts and marketing campaigns, and describe research results in clear, accessible language.
- Explore new methodologies and improve existing ones (A/B, Causal Impact).
- Analyze business processes, define metrics for them, and identify optimization opportunities in the data.
- Manage individual B2B projects.
- Formalize business problems and needs, identify growth opportunities.
- Understand business processes and data sources.

Write project documentation.
Examples of projects you will work on:
- A/B test with trigger-based campaigns for B2B partners in retention marketing.
- Evaluation of introducing an additional booking payment currency in a region using Causal Impact and other methodologies (we are ready to teach you).
Key qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business analytics / data analytics / product analytics.
- Ability to tackle non-standard problems, deep dive into business processes, and generate growth ideas collaboratively with the team, along with a willingness to master new domains.
- Proficiency in writing high-performance SQL queries.
- Confident command of the Python programming language and experience working with various libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, and others.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, experience in conducting A/B testing, and skills in designing and executing experiments.
- Knowledge and practical experience with various methodologies such as Diff-in-diff, Causal Inference, Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching, and others.
- Experience in time series forecasting, including the use of tools like Prophet, ARIMA, Exponential Smoothing, and others.
- English proficiency level of at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
