Who we need
We’re looking for a Middle Golang Developer to join the Hotcore product team.
The Hotcore team is responsible for developing services that handle hotel rate formation, pricing, filtering, and sorting of the final list of offers shown to users of our products.
The services are primarily developed in Golang.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and enhance hotel search platform services
- Optimize service performance
- Participate in system design and architectural decision-making together with the team
- Extract parts of logic into separate services and/or packages
- Build tools to simplify testing
Key qualifications
What we expect:
- 4+ years of overall commercial development experience
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Go
- Experience working in a team of 3+ people with an established code review process
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Minimum English proficiency level of B1, including spoken English
Nice to have:
- Experience with high-load projects
- Strong analytical skills for working with complex business logic
- Experience with Aerospike, Python/Django, and Kafka
- Experience working with legacy systems
