Who we need
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Corporate Development team
as a manager responsible for Equity & Industry Reseach. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the Company's growth and efficiency
improvements and creating shareholder value, taking part in M&A proccesses.
Job responsibilities
- Follow the market trends and public peers' performance, improve and update valuation and operating benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the preparation of high-impact materials for the board of directors, shareholders, investors, banks and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and management of internal workstreams.
- Contribute to the implementation of business initiatives working closely with cross-functional teams
Key qualifications
- At least two years of experience in equity research, industry research, advisory/buy-side with a focus on the tech sector.
- Ability to distil complex concepts from many sources into simple, high-impact materials.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business drivers and identify market trends.
- High accountability and willingness to take ownership of workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
