Who we need
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development of internal AI solutions for Customer Support: including chatbots, voice assistants, automation tools and platform integrations. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping tools that directly enhance the efficiency of our entire customer and partner support organization.You’ll take ownership of AI-driven products, translating user needs into real solutions, driving hands-on execution, and ensuring measurable impact.

Job responsibilities
- Manage and improve internal AI products including chatbots, voice bots, and automation workflows;
- Design and launch self-service solutions for external users (e.g., partner messaging tools, guest–host chat interfaces, automated information delivery);
- Build products that empower internal support teams while reducing inbound workload;
- Lead end-to-end product development: from research and prototyping to delivery and iteration;
- Configure and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Voximplant, Just AI, Edna);
- Leverage low-code / no-code tools to accelerate time-to-value;
- Analyze product usage and support metrics, validate hypotheses through PoCs, and make data-driven improvements;
- Collaborate with support, operations, engineering, and analytics teams to build aligned, high-impact solutions;
- Advocate for scalable, proactive, and automation-first approaches across all support touchpoints.
Key qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI, automation, communication tools, or support operations;
- Experience in high-volume operational environments (e.g., customer support, call centers, BPOs) is a strong plus;
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead product initiatives from discovery to launch;
- Practical experience with conversational AI (chatbots, voice bots), knowledge assistants, AI summaries, or prompt tools;
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and third-party integrations;
- Knowledge of LLMs, voice AI, and NLU/NLP technologies and how they can be applied in real-world use cases;
- Analytical and data-driven: confident with product metrics, user insights, and A/B testing;
- Independent and proactive: capable of managing your roadmap and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight;
- Strategic thinker who can align product development with business efficiency goals;
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share product best practices across teams.
