Who we need
Our Global HR Operations Team is looking for a Team Leader! You will be responsible for 15 team members (5 direct reports).You will be able to have a unique experience - to take part in various international employment projects (we hire people from all over the world – USA, DACH, EU, CIS, GCC, APAC, LATAM regions).
Job responsibilities
- Managing an international team (15+ HR Ops specialists)
- Analyzing labor legislation and risks in different countries
- Ensuring compliance of HR processes across all locations
- Developing, implementing, and automating HR processes
- Monitoring the market and implementing modern online solutions for HR administration automation
- Establishing cross-team collaboration with legal, financial, and other related teams
- Developing and updating policies, procedures, and standards
- Controlling the HR Ops budget
- Developing a pool of external partners and providers (EoR, payroll, legal)
- Optimizing payments and coordinating with finance on payroll
- Organizing and supporting employee relocation
Key qualifications
- Experience in HR Ops/Compliance
- Knowledge of legislation at least of two countries
- Experience interacting with external providers (EoR, payroll, legal)
- Experience launching and managing HR projects, implementing new solutions, and changing processes
- Proficient in Excel, experience with payroll systems is desirable, and the ability to analyze and visualize HR data
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment, make quick decisions, and adapt to changes
- Skills in building effective communication with the team, management, and external partners
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
