Job responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, and maintain bonus schemes for the commercial team.
  • Participate in a project on staff pay analysis and building salary ranges.
  • Provide operational support to the business on matters related to salary increases, promotions, and localization.
  • Interact with HRBPs and department heads.

Key qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in C&B in developing and administering monetary incentive systems.
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
  • Advanced user of Excel (main logical formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
