Who we need
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background as a Backend/Python engineer to join the HQ Automation division. You will be responsible for building and growing the AI/LLM/Camunda Team, which focuses on developing automations to improve the efficiency of client service teams using modern technologies.
The AI/LLM/Camunda Team will develop solutions based on the CRM/ERP product, participate in building AI/LLM models, and enhance the orchestration service Camunda to achieve its goals.
The CRM/ERP platform is built in Python (Django, aiohttp, rq). The main database runs on PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch is used for fast searching of system objects. The system interface is developed with React.js, and the Camunda service runs on-premises on our own infrastructure.

Job responsibilities
- Manage project development streams and team resources to achieve goals
- Collaborate with product managers to build service development strategies and consult system analysis, testing, and technical support teams
- Design service architecture, make technical decisions, decompose and estimate tasks, participate in Code Reviews
Key qualifications
- Expert understanding of backend development for high-load services in Python, with at least 4 years of experience
- Experience managing development teams and establishing effective workflows
- Skills and experience in designing products, services, APIs, and integrations
- Experience working with high-load systems and large databases
- Good understanding of Gitflow and CI/CD processes (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge and experience with Linux-based infrastructure
- English proficiency at least at B2 (Upper-Intermediate), including conversational skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/LLM models and understanding of their principles
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to write RAW SQL queries
- Experience with the Camunda service
- Understanding of frontend basics in JavaScript and React.js (TypeScript)
