Senior Business Analyst (BPM)

Key qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst.
• Practical experience with BPM systems (Camunda would be a significant advantage).
• Expert proficiency in BPMN 2.0.
• Skills in decomposing complex processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and creating technical documentation.
• Broad perspective and willingness to cover diverse areas at the start, with flexibility in tasks (a narrower specialization and professional growth possible as the team evolves).
• Understanding of REST API principles, JSON, and message queues (Kafka).
• Ability to effectively interact with both business clients and technical specialists.
• Basic SQL skills for data analysis, efficiency assessment, and ROI evaluation of automation.
• Willingness for professional growth and potential transition to a functional leader role as the team scales.
• English at B1 - intermediate level.

• Experience with AI/LLM models and understanding of their principles.
• Skills in designing API interfaces and integration solutions.
• Experience in automating processes in customer service or operational departments.
