Who we need
We are looking for an experienced Senior Camunda Developer (Business Analyst BPMN) for our AI / LLM / Automation stream.
About the Team:
We are building a new service to automate support processes on the Camunda platform. The service acts as the central orchestrator for automating customer support workflows and is deeply integrated with our mature internal Python/Django-based CRM/ERP, as well as with new AI/LLM capabilities. After a successful pilot automated 38% of target tickets, we are forming a dedicated team to scale the solution.
Job responsibilities
- Process design and modeling in BPMN: Develop and maintain BPMN 2.0 diagrams in Camunda for automating support processes.
- Analysis and decomposition of business processes: Study current support workflows together with business stakeholders, identify inefficiencies and automation points.
- Requirements formalization and alignment: Collect, document, and align requirements with stakeholders.
- Creation and maintenance of artifacts: Maintain and develop a knowledge base for automated processes, document decision logic; keep project documentation up to date.
Key qualifications
- Four or more years of experience as a systems analyst.
- Practical experience with BPM systems (Camunda is a huge plus).
- Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
- Skills in decomposing complex processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and creating technical documentation.
- Broad perspective and willingness to cover diverse areas at the outset, with flexibility in tasks (as the team grows, more specialization and professional growth are possible).
- Understanding of REST API, JSON, and message queues (Kafka).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical specialists.
- Basic SQL skills for analyzing data and assessing process automation effectiveness and ROI.
- Willingness to grow professionally and potentially move into a functional team leader role as the team scales.
- English at B2 (upper-intermediate) level.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with AI/LLM models and understanding their principles.
- API design and integration solution skills.
- Experience automating processes in customer service or operational departments.
