We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Lead for Roundtrip — our young fast-growing brand for corporate clients. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to building and executing marketing strategies, driving digital acquisition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and execution — build and implement the annual marketing and communication plan to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across target markets.
- Drive product marketing and positioning — collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to define clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for new features and segments.
- Develop and manage brand marketing initiatives — strengthen brand positioning across channels, ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity, and oversee the creation and evolution of brand guidelines and marketing materials.
- Partner with CRM and performance marketing teams to support the development of effective acquisition and retention strategies.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to build, optimize, and accelerate sales funnels using marketing-driven initiatives and data insights.
- Supervise internal and external creative and design resources to deliver high-impact advertising campaigns.
- Manage communication between the BU and central marketing functions as the main point of contact to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets — allocate resources effectively across channels, regions, and initiatives to maximize ROI and ensure optimal use of marketing investments.
Key qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS, travel tech or Edtech industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Proven success in managing international advertising campaigns with cross-market adaptability.
- Understanding of media metrics and key marketing instruments such as social media, PR, CRM and acquisition channels.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate independently and with flexibility.
- Experience in team management (1–2 people).
- Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication, ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, diplomacy, and a talent for finding compromises.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
