We are looking for an experienced and proactive Brand Marketing Lead for Roundtrip. As part of Emerging Travel Group, a global travel-tech company whose brands have been operating in over 220 source markets since 2010, Roundtrip helps corporate customers organize business trips. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to building and executing marketing strategies, driving digital acquisition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Lead the development of the brand strategy of the unit.
- Build marketing briefs, work with media agencies and/or create your own opportunities that will allow the company to count effective media campaigns with clear KPIs (ROI).
- Coordinate efforts and work with a team Product to better integrate messages brand into channels and content.
- Develop and implement annual marketing and communication strategy.
- Coordinate the work of external and internal creative resources for the implementation of advertising campaigns.
- Manage communication between the BU and other central marketing functions as the main point of contact.
- Lead the team to achieve planned results.
Key qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B brand marketing, preferably in the SaaS, travel tech or Edtech industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Proven success in managing international campaigns with cross-market adaptability.
- Understanding of key media metrics and marketing channels such as social media, PR, retention, CRM, performance.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate independently and with flexibility.
- Experience in team management (1–2 people).
- Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication, ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, diplomacy, and a talent for finding compromises.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
