Technical Support specialist - Intranet team

Job responsibilities

  • Receiving, processing, and responding to incoming requests related to the operation of the Intranet system (developed in-house) from internal users;
  • Monitoring the status of the system (we use Grafana and Sentry);
  • Investigating non-standard issues and incidents;
  • Analyzing technical malfunctions, localizing and fixing them, and escalating them to the development team if necessary;
  • Actively participating in the process of improving the system;
  • Functional manual testing of the product;
  • Updating and filling the knowledge base, writing instructions;
  • Analyzing incoming requests.

Key qualifications

  • Experience working in user technical support teams (preferably in a product team);
  • Ability to work with a large number of information sources;
  • Basic understanding of Frontend, Backend, API, Post/Get, XML/JSON, SQL;
  • Proficient spoken and written Russian;
  • English level B1. Written communication with internal users, writing documentation, announcements, etc.

    Would be a plus:
  • Experience working with JIRA;
  • Experience working with Grafana, Kibana, Gitlab;
  • Experience writing technical documentation and instructions.
