Who we need
We are currently looking for a System Analyst to join our FinLegal team to help us analyze business and technical requirements, optimize processes, and ensure efficient implementation of our product solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the FinLegal team and business stakeholders to identify and analyze Functional and Non-Functional Requirements (FR & NFR)
- Set priorities according to technical dependencies and resolve contradictions
- Decompose complex systems and processes to provide context and set tasks for development
- Manage changing project requirements: identify, align, and document them
Key qualifications
Experience required:
- 3+ years of experience in system analysis focused on requirements analysis and project planning
- Experience in building product systems
- Experience working with project management and software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Ability to dive deep into product and business context and translate it into system technical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support
- Experience working with SQL
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of basic HTTP methods and status codes
- English level: B2
Necessary Skills: - Ability to dive deep into product and business context and translate it into system technical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support
- Experience working with SQL
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of basic HTTP methods and status code
Would be a plus: - Knowledge of Go and/or Python
- Experience working with PostgreSQL
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Knowledge of C4 model for software architecture visualization
- Hands-on experience in process modeling and system design using UML or BPMN (in particular, with Diagram as Code tools, such as MermaidJS or PlantUML)
