Who we need
The B2A division at ETG focuses on developing products to make work easier for travel agents and their clients. This includes creating and managing collections, supporting various payment methods, integrating with external systems, and enabling more complex interaction scenarios. B2A is one of the company’s main revenue streams.Job responsibilities
- Manage several engineering teams;
- Build team structures and composition with a focus on efficiency and business objectives;
- Plan and participate in hiring processes;
- Mentor direct reports, develop career paths, and assist with development plans;
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members;
- Carry out performance reviews with HR BP support;
- Plan service development jointly with the Engineering Manager;
- Support a culture of documentation and automation of technical processes;
- Optimize processes to improve delivery metrics;
- Establish fast feedback loops and transparent communication between product and technology teams;
- Work on implementing and refining efficiency metrics.
Key qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience as a team lead (experience with our stack—Python/Go/React—is a plus);
- Strong skills in architecture and system design;
- Solid people management skills;
- Ability to work in an agile environment and motivation for long-term growth;
- English at B2+ level.
