Who we need
We are looking for BI Lead for our BI team.Job responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3-5 BI analysts, ensuring their growth and development;
- Improve user experience when working with BI tools and reports;
- Establish and maintain reporting and certification standards;
- Train users on the effective use of BI tools;
- Review and optimize the existing documentation structure and processes;
- Manage dashboards and "golden" metrics to ensure their consistency and reliability;
- Implement role-based access models in BI tools to ensure access security and efficiency.
Key qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in managing a BI team (analysts, data engineers, developers);
- Expert knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Superset);
- Deep understanding of the data preparation lifecycle, including ETL processes, data marts and data quality management;
- Proficiency level in SQL and Python;
- Broad knowledge of BI trends and the use of analytical tools;
- Experience in successfully implementing a BI platform or tool (at least one project);
- Spoken English - B2 and higher - is a must.
As a plus:
- Experience working with OLAP cubes and data warehouses;
- Experience working with Data catalogs (e.g. Datahub) and Business catalogs (glossary, dashboard catalogs, metrics, etc.).
