Who we need
All hotel information that users see on the hotel card and at other stages of the funnel is the responsibility of the Property Card Team. We determine what and how to display to improve the hotel search experience. We launch not only user UI/UX features but also business logic changes using machine learning. The team already includes a Product Lead, two Product Managers, machine learning engineers, developers, and an editorial team.We are currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our team, who will play a key role in making strategic decisions regarding content development within the company.
Job responsibilities

Providing analytical support to the team, identify insights, formulate hypotheses, etc;

Conducting numerous A/B tests and analyze project results to assess the effectiveness of our initiatives;

Creating and developing a reporting system for the team;

Leadership of another analyst in the department.
Key qualifications
-
At least 4 years of experience as a product analyst in a product company;

Proficiency in A/B testing methodology and practice;

Strong knowledge of SQL and Python, with a desire to apply them in practice;

Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Metabase, Redash, Superset, PowerBI);

Experience building ETL processes (DBT, Airflow);

Experience mentoring or coaching other team members;

Willingness to critically evaluate existing processes and identify areas for growth;

Spoken English at least B1.
