Job responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects to expand the company’s payment infrastructure from idea to execution for several brands;
- Oversee the launch of local legal entities, new payment methods and operational models for several brands;
- Manage projects related to product localization, including translation into new languages, connection of local phone numbers, and hiring local support teams for several brands;
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams through execution;
- Manage and oversee project timelines, milestones and resource allocation;
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and blockers;
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure effective knowledge sharing;
- Monitor and analyze the business impact of localization and infrastructure initiatives using agreed key metrics;
- Track business performance and ensure smooth execution across regions;
- Identify and propose improvements pre- and post-launch to ensure scalability and efficiency;
- Defending business cases to key stakeholders and the executive team.
Key qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably with complex, cross-functional projects;
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning to implementation;
- Project management skills: timeline planning, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking under conditions of uncertainty;
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple departments (legal, finance, tax, product, commercial, marketing, business analytics);
- Exposure to product localization, payment infrastructure, or cross-border operations is desirable;
- Experience in analyzing business impact and tracking key performance metrics;
- Ability to own and execute projects end-to-end;
- Structured thinking, problem-solving and clear communication;
- Stakeholder management – ability to influence and align multiple teams;
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
