Who we need
The intranet team develops key services for company employees and related HR products. This is where all the latest information about employees, organizational structure, and processes affecting the life and development of the team is collected.
Current priorities include developing a matrix team system, introducing goal setting, automating integrations with external services, and developing a performance review system.
Job responsibilities
- Formulation and development of product vision, including:
- Service for budget formation and planning in the company (forecasting and plan/actual);
- Service for requests related to employee data (compensation, position in the organizational structure);
- Time tracking system for accurate tracking and performance analysis;
- Service for generating payment documents and employee payments;
- Personal account for managers and HR;
- Development and management of HR products for employees to increase their productivity and satisfaction (NPS)
- Formulation of requirements and acceptance criteria;
- Formulation of concepts and prototypes of solutions;
- Close cooperation with the Support department and participation in building processes for interaction with users and stakeholders;
- Creation of client/user scenarios;
- Setting tasks, monitoring their implementation, and keeping documentation up to date;
Key qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager; Ability to quickly understand a (new) subject area and apply your skills and knowledge;
- Ability to find a balance between speed and quality when performing tasks to deliver value to the business as quickly as possible;
- Understanding of the software development life cycle, experience with Agile/Scrum. Agile mindset;
- Skills in working with tools: Youtrack/Jira, Figma, Swagger, Confluence, or similar;
- Confident communication with the development team, designer, and CPO;
- Knowledge of SQL (ability to perform exports based on criteria) and Excel (ability to build formulas based on tables/perform calculations);
- Understanding of testing basics and experience with bug tracking systems (Jira);
- Experience interviewing customers and testing hypotheses;
- Experience working on an internal HR product within a company would be a plus;
- Conversational English at the B2 - upper-intermediate level.
