BI Analyst | Business to Agencies (B2A)

Who we need

We are looking for a BI Analyst with strong knowledge of SQL and Tableau, as well as fluent spoken English, to join our B2A team.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain informative and visually appealing dashboards and reports (using Tableau, SQL, and Python) to keep our team updated on key metrics and enable fast responses to important business inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from product, business, and marketing analytics to analyze data together and share comprehensive insights across the company.
  • Work closely with the Director of API Distribution, assisting him with analytical reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining data validation processes for new initiatives and experiments.

Key qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in BI, product or business analytics, or data analysis.
  • Confident command of SQL for complex queries and data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools; experience with Tableau is especially welcome.
  • Good knowledge of Python and its key libraries (Pandas, NumPy) as well as visualization tools for efficient data processing and in-depth analysis.
  • Spoken English at B2 level or higher—for clear and effective daily communication with international teams.
