We are looking for a Product Manager for the B2A (Business to Agencies) product line.
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for increasing conversion rates into successful bookings and adapting the process for B2A retail products and the needs of the B2B audience through experimentation, UX research, data-driven hypothesis building, and P&L modeling.
- Formulates and implements a strategy for growing the financial performance of the product line through initiatives such as search and booking recommendations, content display optimization, multi-user booking scenarios, and funnel optimization for different audience segments and travel destinations, ensuring measurable growth in key financial and product metrics.
- Manages the full A/B testing cycle — from idea generation and prioritization to statistical verification, launch, and follow-up analysis, independently and in collaboration with the analytics team.
- Interacts with analysts, designers, developers, and content managers to identify key points of conversion decline and develop solutions to increase it.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to localize and scale successful experiments across different markets.
- Ensures timely and transparent communication on plans, status, and results.
Key qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management in the field of online tourism, marketplaces, fintech, or other transactional B2C/B2B platforms.
- Proven experience in conversion growth or product funnel optimization through A/B testing and data-driven iterations.
- Confident knowledge and practical experience in designing and conducting experiments, analyzing statistical significance, and validating hypotheses.
- Experience managing the full product development cycle—from discovery to release—in cross-functional and agile teams.
- Advanced skills in working with A/B testing and data analysis tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, internal dashboards).
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to formulate and test hypotheses, focus on measurable results (CR, FNBC, retention).
- Ability to break down complex tasks into understandable and achievable product initiatives.
- Good organizational and communication skills, experience in building relationships between business, technical, and regional teams, as well as coordinating stakeholder interests.
- Experience working in growth teams or in a fast-paced experimental environment.
- Fluent spoken English (C1 level and above).
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of booking/checkout processes, pricing logic, or working with APIs to check availability.
- Experience with products in the hotel or travel tech industry, booking systems, or integrations with suppliers.
- Knowledge of the logic and segmentation of B2B SaaS or marketplace products.
- Experience in UX optimization, user behavior analysis, or A/B testing of texts to increase conversion rates.
- SQL or BI skills for independent data analysis.
