Job responsibilities
- Consulting partners and commercial teams on integration issues and providing recommendations on the correct use of API methods.
- Supporting partners' APIs during integration and launch.
- Analyzing and diagnosing errors in client-server interactions, working with API logs to find and fix errors.
- Collaborating with internal teams (developers, testers) and partner representatives to solve current tasks. Monitoring the quality and timing of integration carried out by partners.
- Making video conferences (calls) with partners.
- Updating and filling out internal documentation and setting tasks for updating external documentation.
Key qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support/API integrations/system analytics or another related field.
- Experience analyzing logs to find and eliminate causes of failures
- Knowledge of API principles, understanding of client-server architecture, request types (POST, GET).
- Experience working with debugging tools such as Postman.
- Experience working with data visualization and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work with JSON data formats.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
