Who we need
We are looking for a Middle Backend Developer to join our team.
Team Apartments is developing short-term rental accommodation. We are growing actively, with lots of experiments and freedom of decision-making. The team is cross-functional: developers directly influence the product, not just execute tasks.
We work with a modern stack (Python, Postgres, Django) and are planning to transition to Go. There is a high level of involvement in business processes, and the team and product are growing rapidly.
Job responsibilities
- Developing new functionality using Django and Python;
- Integrating with the company’s internal services;
- Maintaining the existing codebase;
- Code review and participating in team planning.
Key qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Python (Flask/Fast API/Django);
- Understanding of Django and a desire to work with it;
- Experience with SQL Alchemy or Django ORM;
- Experience working in an agile environment (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
- Skill in writing detailed and clear technical documentation;
- Experience with testing practices, including unit testing and the use of Pytest/Unittest;
- Conversational English at B1 (intermediate) level.
